Key Eligibility Criteria:

Cohort C3:
+ Locally advanced or metastatic, unresectable, relapsed, or refractory Ewing sarcoma
+ EWSR1-FLI1, -ERG, or -FEV rearrangement
+ 1-2 prior lines of chemotherapy
+ Prior IRI + TMZ allowed

Cohort C4:
+ Locally advanced or metastatic, unresectable, relapsed, or refractory Colorectal Adenocarcinoma
+ Age ≥18 to <85 years
+ C4e: Patients with no prior exposure to IRI-based regimen
+ C4f: Patients with no prior exposure to FTD/TPI
